Two ways to do it. One way is to draw a block diagram. The basic units are voltage-controlled oscillators, voltage-controlled filters, envelope generators, voltage-controlled amplifiers and the good old noise generator. Connect the blocks with lines representing patch cords and write the knob settings (“parameters”) next to each block. With this you can recreate the sound on any other kind of synthesizer.
The second way is to use a pre-printed chart that looks just like your synth. Draw lines representing patch cords and mark the positions of all the knobs and sliders.
