Made Obsolete By Depletion of fossil fuel.
Knowledge Assumed Driver's license.
When useful Now. Enjoy it while you can.

I doubt fossil fuels will still be economically viable for automotive use in 50 years. There will still be private vehicles but with some other power source. Hydrogen (fuel cell)? Electricity? Steam? who knows.
