- Activate the front panel switches in this order
- Halt
- Reset
- PC
- Run
- Load
- Reset
- IPL
- When the 8” floppy drive light comes on:
- Start

On the front panel, press the buttons in this order:
- Stop/Run
- Reset
- Reg
- Clear
- Display Clear
- Enter address “10” (Octal)
- Stop/Start (LED should be flashing)
